Custom Cookies Order Form - the cookie buzz

PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM

We’re excited about the opportunity to bake and make custom cookies for your event! Once you complete the order form below, we will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm details on designs and price.

Our custom cookies have a one dozen minimum for regular and 2 dozen for minis (must be the same theme) when ordering. One dozen minis of the same theme can be added to a regular size order.
Our base prices are $32/dozen for 3-3.5″ cookies and $25/dozen for 2-2.5″ cookies. There may be additional charges for adding gold accents, flowers and/or additional colors.
All cookies are individually heat sealed and remain fresh for at least 2 weeks.
After receiving a quote, a deposit of half is required within 48 hours to be placed on our calendar. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. We can offer a credit for a future cookie order for cancellations prior to 1 week before the order is due.

The "Because We've Been Burned in the Past" Policy: Custom orders, unfortunately are non-refundable. If for some unforeseen reason you need to cancel your order, you must cancel it 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. Even though it is non-refundable, we can transfer your deposit payment to a future order of your choosing. Checking the box below means that you understand and agree to the terms listed here.
